WHO I AM

I'm the best friend you never knew you needed.

I’m not just a marketing consultant, although I know my way around a campaign. I’m not just an operations guru, although I live for a good system. I’m not just a data nerd, although I do love me some pivot tables.

Think of me as your business bestie. I’m the one who looks at your whole business, tells you exactly what’s broken, and actually fixes it.

THE REAL PROBLEM

Most of the time, it’s not one broken thing. It’s a gap between things. Your marketing is generating leads, but sales isn’t closing them. You have systems, but they’re disconnected, so your team is still doing things manually. You have data, but nobody’s using it to make decisions.

The real problem lives in the space between departments, tools, or people.

That’s why even if you already had a consultant come in, the problem may or may not have been resolved. Nobody’s looking at the gaps.

That’s exactly where I live.

MY BACKGROUND

I spent seven years as a classroom teacher before I ever touched a marketing campaign or built a workflow. That background matters more than it sounds. Teaching forces you to take something complicated, find the core of it, and explain it in a way that actually lands. It also teaches you to spot where people are stuck before they can tell you why.

From there, I moved into performance marketing and affiliate campaigns. I learned how manage people and campaigns. I then turned to  call analytics and conversion optimization along with some individual and team customer service and sales coaching. From there I went into running operations for a non-profit organization as Chief Operating Officer, where I owned marketing, systems, automations, data tracking, and the internal infrastructure that held everything together.

Not many people have done all of that. Even fewer can connect it all together.

"I don't just fix the thing. I have to understand why and how it broke in the first place. I look to see if anything else broke along the way. Then I come up with the fix, sprinkle in a little extra design or automated razzle-dazzle, and suddenly you have seven more things you want me to work on. And that's how we become best friends."
